Privacy Policy

Repay Loans operates a waitlist for an upcoming self-repaying loan product. This policy describes what data the Repay Loans website and iOS app collect, how it is used, and your rights over it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

Your name: to address you in email and on the leaderboard (first name + last initial).
Your email address: to send you waitlist updates and product news.
A referral code: generated for you so friends can sign up under your link. If you arrived via someone else's link, we record that relationship to credit them.
Optional contact messages: if you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message and email so we can reply.

The iOS app does not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, advertising IDs, or analytics events. It is a thin shell around the waitlist website.

How we use it

To show you your position on the waitlist and your referral count.
To send transactional and product emails (e.g., "you're on the list," product launch announcements).
To prevent duplicate signups from the same email address.

Who we share it with

We use Resend to deliver email. Your name and email are passed to Resend only for the purpose of sending you mail. Resend's privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs.

Where it is stored

Waitlist data is stored in a database hosted on Railway in the United States. Email passes through Resend's infrastructure in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist record until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is permanently closed and superseded by the live product.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

See what data we have on you.
Correct your name or email.
Delete your record entirely.
Unsubscribe from all future email.

Email scott@repay.loans with any of these requests and we will action it within 30 days.

Children

Repay Loans is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email before the change takes effect.
